This great lead pointer is made in germany by KUM. They have their own model under the name of KUM Onit 250 but they also produce for Faber-Castell under the name of TK Lead Pointer Sharpener or Staedtler under the this product code N°513 85.

Perfect for all Mechanical pencil leads of 2mm & 3.15mm. KUM Lead Pointers are simple and easy to use. The sharpener sharpens 2mm - 3.15mm leads and comes with a plastic cover. The sharpener leaves pencils with a sharp fine tip. KUM is certainly the best sharpener producer this why the famous Blackwing brand also asked them to produce under their name.
